Terms of Agreement

Under the agreement, Bora Biologics will provide end-to-end development and manufacturing support, leveraging its mammalian and microbial expression platforms, process development capabilities, and GMP manufacturing infrastructure. Protect Animal Health will contribute its portfolio of antibody candidates, disease-area expertise, and commercialization capabilities in the veterinary sector.

While specific targets and indications have not been disclosed, the collaboration underscores the growing role of antibody therapeutics in veterinary medicine, building on recent momentum in canine oncology mAbs, anti-inflammatory antibodies, and production-animal biologics.

Implications for Animal Health Industry
