ForFarmers to Acquire 270,000-Tonne Polish Feed Producer STW SA

Poland, September 17, 2026: ForFarmers, through its Polish subsidiary Tasomix, has agreed to acquire 100% of STW SA, an animal-feed producer based in Sokołów Podlaski in eastern Poland.

STW operates a modern feed-production facility with approximately 270,000 tonnes of annual capacity and 76 employees. Its activities span poultry, ruminant and swine feed, while the transaction includes the feed business, production facility and customer/product portfolio. Feed logistics and poultry farming operations are excluded.

The transaction remains subject to approval by the Polish competition authority and is expected to close in early 2027.

Industry significance

The acquisition strengthens Tasomix’s manufacturing footprint in eastern Poland and adds substantial production capacity. Strategically, it illustrates continued feed-industry consolidation and capacity expansion, with ForFarmers targeting greater scale, production efficiencies and customer reach across major livestock sectors.
